CSC San Antonio has been serving the San Antonio, San Marcos, Austin, and Corpus Christi areas since 2002. CSC San Antonio is led by Branch Manager, Greg Harris and Regional Manager, Chris Martinez. Since 2008, CSC San Antonio has provided crowd management services for Texas State University Bobcat football games. Texas State University located in San Marcos is a Division I school that competes in Southland Conference. Other branch events include: Austin City Limits Music Festival, Valero Texas Open, and the San Antonio Rock N’ Roll Marathon.

Since 2004, CSC San Antonio has provided crowd management services for the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). A Division I school that competes in Conference USA, UTSA Roadrunners basketball hosts their home games at Convocation Center and football home games at the Alamodome.

CSC San Antonio has previously partnered with The Alamodome
 for events including, New Orleans Saints football games, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp, San Antonio Spurs NBA Championship Celebrations, Monster Jam, Women Of Faith, PBR, Freestyle Motocross, NCAA Men's Basketball Regional Tournaments, 2004 and 2008 Men's Final Four, 2007 Big XII Football Championship, and the Valero Alamo Bowl. The Alamodome, also known as a "third generation" facility, features the very latest in dome architecture and engineering technology, with column-free spans for unobstructed viewing and a curtain wall system for configuration flexibility.
